Change arcgis.com default search mode to show 'All Content', not 'Web Content'

I'd like to suggest that Esri make the option ‘Show: All Content’ the default in www.arcgis.com, rather than ‘Show: Web Content’ as it is currently set. 

It's just not intuitive that the default search scope is already narrowed when a user first accesses the page, and many of my users struggle to find content for the desktop, such as add-ins and eventually give up looking.

The number of times I have had to play that game using various different searches yielding different results.

If looking for a certain item, add on or such a web search brings about results that does me little if any good.

Much of the time in .pdf form that I have to scan through to find any useful information.

Please change that.

This absolutely must be changed..like immediately.... The whole point of searching for things, is to show ALL the things Im looking for.
