Users who were not signed in used to be able to click "Modify Map" on the Map Viewer and get added functionality. One of which was the ability to open the table for a layer. The switch to the new Viewer has been a major step backwards for our agency, which has relied primarily on the "Classic Map Viewer" for years.
Please add back the option to see a table from a layer within the Web Map Viewer.
