Put a ticker tape or small news que at the top of the "My Organization" page in ArcGIS.com. This would inform organizational managers of changes or upcomming changes to ArcGIS.com, so we can develop strategies accordingly. This might be a preference you can add or not add to your "my Organizatio" dashboard .
