While updating a layer in ArcGIS-Online, the area of interest of a related view layer in ArcGIS-Online is not saved in the JSON. The area of interest is manually drawn.
Yes, i know it must be possible to edit it with python, but when it's an existing view and you update the source layer, the AOI is not working anymore. And when i try to draw it again in the view layer, it gives an error while saving it. So i am thinking to make a new view-layer with an AOI, but that's complicated, because i shared my view already.
