ArcGIS Online- Map Viewer- Add Web Editor shortcut to the "Create App" interface

Hi Map Viewer Team, 

We think it would be super helpful to quickly access the Web Editor app from this "App Launcher".

This would be an ideal way to open up your map in the Editor tool versus having to go to the Web Editor, open, and navigate to this same map.
