ArcGIS Online Cluster Point Labeling

I have a map that I show oil and gas wells being drilled in the Appalachian Basin. I symbolize the point data by company name currently but would like to use the Cluster Points feature to help minimize the loading of all the points thus reducing processing power and time. However, when I use clustering it does not provide labels for the point data it merely offers pop-ups that my users may not click on.
The image below is a slice of what my current map looks like. It's a bit plain and unappealing.
I would like it to look like this...
