In the most recent announcement of AGOL's update, administrators now have control to block apps from members in their org. (https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/announcements/whats-new-arcgis-online-decemb... )
The problem is "also prevents members from opening the app from a URL."
We need users to have the privilege to view these apps and sign in but restrict the ability for them to create their own from this setting.
Please add more controls on this tool for administrators.
