Currently the order of the copyright information in a web map appears based on the drawing order of the layers in the map. For instance, when we add the feature layer to a map, it will draw the basemap first and then draw the feature layer on top. Therefore the basemap copyright information is first in the copyright order, and our (our customers) copyright information second.
It would be nice to have an option to change the copyright order that always we can see feature layer copyright information the first.
