Allow users to click on a map and obtain an address from a locator in ArcGIS Online

After users install their own locator on ArcGIS Online, we would like them to be able to retrieve their address from their locator when they click any location on the map, but currently this feature on ArcGIS Online is not working properly.

Can we please add this functionality to ArcGIS Online?

hi @wayfaringrob yes, I did open a tech support case. The ESRI support team actually recommended us to create an ESRI Idea.
