Allow the same email address to be in use for multiple AGOL accounts for Community access

Hello, The AGOL update last fall made it so that my access to ESRI Community has been affected. I have more than one AGOL account for work and so have/had them both registered to my same work email address. Now when I log into my primary work AGOL account and go to Community, it crosses over to my secondary work AGOL account. I basically have no access to the Community profile for my primary work account and do not wish to start using other email accounts for either of these accounts as both are work related. Before the 2022 fall update this was not an issue. If it's possible to make an enhancement to allow the use of the same email address for more than one Community account, that would be lovely. I know I am one of many users that have been afected by this change. Thank you!
