All maps by default have Advanced Offline Options defaulted to Download and get updates to Features AND Attachments. Since we never want or need to download attachments, it is a cumbersome extra step to go into each map settings to change so the offline device isn't loaded down with extra data (attachments).
It would be nice to have the ability to change this default on either the user or organizational level for new maps.
