AGOL Interface Dark Theme

Can we please get the option of getting a dark theme for the AGOL interface for at least the My Content page and item detail pages? I spend the vast majority of my time on those pages when I'm not working in web maps/web apps. There is so much white space it's just blasting my eyes.

I need dark mode too. It is difficult to work with such bright white backgrouds, even while reducing my screen brightness and contrast.

Is there any hope that this will get implemented? 

I have to turn my brightness and contrast down to about 20% to do work in AGOL which makes it difficult to do work and isn't very effective. I have been working in AGOL a lot lately and have been dreading working in this environment lately because there is no dark mode. 

It doesn't seem like a big deal to some people, but for those who have sensitive eyes it is painful to do work.

I already adjusted all of my other computer settings, and have special glasses etc. So all that is left is AGOL. 

Please implement a dark mode for AGOL.

what did y'all do? Dark reader used  to work on mozilla firefox but now it says something like "can't read and edit on this page" under the plugin in the menu bar on firefox. Why do you hate our eyeballs, ESRI?

As someone who is now blind in one eye and losing the sight in their other I can no longer use the AGOL interface without sunglasses. Whoever thinks little grey text on a blindingly white background is a good idea needs to have their head examined. Enough already! How long does it take ESRI?

@epckay  - I'm in the same boat, I'm legally blind in both eyes and the white on glaring offensive white, with light gray text, is unreadable.

ESRI, this is serious, this is a major accessibility violation.  Please give us a firm timeline for when proper dark themes will be introduced, they must take the browsers setting for the default to use.

Bump, ESRI I hate to say this out in public but the lack of attention to this is negligent and unprofessional for an organization your size. 

QGIS starts in dark mode by default. 

GRASS  offers system theme or dark mode theme.

This will be my last time posting under this username. Retiring and available soon.

+1 kudos from me. From my experience chrome dark mode extension has issues with some menus on AGOL. Additionally installing a 3rd party extension is not a viable option on a corporate computer with security precautions.
