1) add/ integrate wikimapia user generated layers as a base map. ideally as a live service [as in the layer keeps updating when content in added to it from wikimapia or could add to it from arcgis online.
2) enable integration or make avaliable of other mapping services from google and yahoo as basemaps. similar to that made avaliable with bing maps.
