It would be nice to have this functionality in AGOL as well, as it seems like it's only available on Enterprise.

Hi @Ed_ , have you checked out what's new in Map Viewer after the recent update?
https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/announcements/whats-new-in-map-viewer-octobe... You can hosted video layers published in ArcGIS Enterprise to a map to view time-enabled videos. Or are you meaning you'd like to be able to host them in ArcGIS Online? 😊

@bbollin yup for AGOL basically to be able to do the same thing on AGOL like hosting the videos and then having the functionality in map viewer to add the videos and then play them.
