You can currently filter your content in ArcGIS Online using the "Status" filter to find items marked as Authoritative or Deprecated. But there isn't an option to filter items that don't currently have a status. Adding this as an option would make it easy to find items that have no status and thus can identify what needs to be marked as either Authoritative or Deprecated.
Agreed, if so, it would be beneficial to have it as a multiple select vs a toggle. Same goes for data themes on that note (multiple selections).
This is one of those things that is possible as a search string, but has no built-in filter for it. In general, keep an eye on your URL when you adjust filters in the Content view. Any of those parameters can be used directly in the content search bar.
Try this:
-contentstatus:org_authoritative AND -contentstatus:deprecated
That should return you "Plain Ol' Content" list.
Makes sense, just hard to train 1500 users to do that vs checking a box.
Which is why I'm supporting this idea! Anything that makes the UI easier for the average user is a good move.
