Add the ability to filter records when using the Configure Charts tool in new map viewer, the same way that filtering works in the Dashboards app.
Here is an example of a chart I want to filter to only show 2024 data:

I am currently using the data in field maps, and in the Sidebar instant app, and I have a separate Dashboards app (3 apps).
The instant app team will be adding charts to the sidebar app soon, so if I can recreate my charts in the new map viewer then I can quit using my dashboards app and can just display all of my charts in my sidebar app.
I would like to only have a field maps app and a sidebar app that includes charts that are configured in the new map viewer.
