It would be wonderful, efficient and helpful to be able to move licenses between users without deleting user accounts for a period of time. For example, if we have three creator licenses and four users to be using those licenses at different times, this avoids having to delete/add members to free up licenses. This would be a huge efficiency gain as an admin.
