Add OR Statement to filter-"add expression" pane in webmap viewer

I want to add a clause to filter (query) my PLSS grid in webmap so that only 3 grid areas appear. I don't have a field that allows me to narrow it down quite the way I need. Adding an OR option for expression building would allow me to do it. Right now, the option is to 'ADD' a new expression. I know I can add a 'condition' and use OR but that only applies to one expression...

This is already possible? Between the "add expression" and "add condition" options, you can create basically any filter you'd like.

What should your filter expression be doing? How are the available options not working?
