We have noticed that often times multiple members deploy the same solution when learning about options and then we have trouble managing all those 'test' instances.
it'd be awesome if we could limit ability to deploy solutions to just a certain group of people so that we could more easily manage the development / deployment lifecycle of it within our organization.
