Add Map notes to configurable apps

The Basic Viewer and Map Tools configurable apps provide almost everything we need but the ability to add graphics and text to a map. Having Map notes available would make them almost perfect hosted apps.

The updated ArcGIS online map system now has the ability to add a map note when you do a search (See bottom picture).  This would be nice function to add to the search results of the ArcGIS online applications (Web App builder or canned app pool).  I have some web apps that users could use to plot muitple locations by search and I dont want them to have to use a map to do so.
