An organizational setting of the CDN cache control update period would be welcome.
It now defaults to 30 seconds for all public layers. This time period is too brief for our organization in general. An hour refresh for us makes more sense for our data workflows and a 30 second refresh is more the exception, rather than the rule.
Give us the ability to set what our CDN default should be for our organization.
Surely, that would help Esri keep data store compute power to what aligns with an organization's usage.
