AGOL allows you to set up contacts for any automatic emails that need to be sent out (locked out of account, ran out of credits, etc) but there's no option to modify the content of automatic emails.
It would be great to be able to edit the automatic emails to refer users to resources we've prepared, such as our FAQs. We use enterprise logins with SAML, and the majority of the automatic emails sent to users are because they've forgotten how to log in properly (for either AGOL or ArcGIS Pro). The automatic email sent to users when they've forgotten their password simply asks them to contact the AGOL org's admins. Being able to edit the automatic email to refer them to our own guides and resources would help mitigate the issue.
