Ability for admins to record private documentation about users accounts

It would be useful to have customisable text fields that can record documentation against each organisational account, that are only viewable to the admin user level.

As an organisation administrator, this would let us record details like purpose of access, project references, account access review dates and other relevant notes. Currently we use an external spreadsheet for this, which is manual and cumbersome to keep up to date.
