access to Esri Notebook Gallery

How can I have access to Esri gallery for Notebooks?

https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-python-libraries/gallery

its ask me for Esri and Password but my user and password for arcgis online doesn't work.

If you have access to Notebooks in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise, the same Esri curated sample notebooks are available via the Notebooks landing page. The live links in this page are not intended for public use. Have shared this with the team and it is being looked into. Thank you for bringing this up to our attention.
