For organisations who have 'locked down' firewalls and strict security policies, it'd be good to have a list similar to the ArcGIS Online Domain Requirements (below) so that they can use ArcGIS Notebooks in ArcGIS Online.

Despite having allowed the URLs in this document, Notebooks will show as 'Not Connected' to the kernel and return the error:
"A connection to the notebook server could not be established. The notebook will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or notebook server configuration."
Within my organisation, this is a barrier to us using ArcGIS Notebooks going forward and is causing us to take outdated/inefficient approaches to automating updates to hosted feature layers.
