Some simple functionalities, for example adding a point at specific coördinates in a coördinate system other than WGS, are currently not yet possible. (tool tips only work with WGS, the coördinate conversion widget does not contain the coördinate system we use)
With a simple script in a notebook, published to a web tool, this can be perfectly achieved, but the web tools can only be used by creator of professional user types. My colleagues, who do not have nor need such an advanced license, therefore cannot perform this simple task.
It would be usefull that a webtool that only performes basic tasks, can also be used by contributors and mobile workers.
This would be a perfect solution for functionalities that are not yet available or maybe never will be available because they are too specific.
