Hello, I am using ArcMap 10.3.1 Network Analyst to resolve some VRP with historical traffic data.
I am having problems when using restrictions, e.g., one order has a time window of 13PM to 16PM, when solving, VRP says me that it will arrive on this order at 15:50PM but, when I open directions window it shows me that in real I will get there at 16:15PM.
Does the VRP solver already consider traffic data? Because it is giving me different TotalTravelTime than the directions window too.
If its does not consider traffic, there is some suggestion on how to avoid this problem?
