I use arcgis 10.1 and I have a geodatabase feature dataset with a wgs 1984 containing my network dataset, I need to change my feature dataset to web mercator
Have you tried the Project tool (ArcToolbox : Data Management Tools : Projections and Transformations : Project)? You may need to rebuild the network, afterwards.
