Working with the ESRI network dataset provided on the free data & maps cd-problem is I geocoded using the 10.0 U.S. Streets Geocode Service (Online), so many of my points are located outside of the network dataset on more recently built streets. I am aware of the World & North America routing services, but to my knowledge these cannot be run in the Network Analyst toolbox, specifically the Closest Facility tool. Does ESRI have a way of distributing more recent network datasets? Free network dataset service? Any help is much appreciated-my geocoded locations stretch across multiple counties and a comprehensive network dataset (not one county's road layer) would be best.
