New Network Datasat with ModelBuilder

Hello,
Is it possible to build a new network dataset with modelbuilder?
I cant find the operation to do this. Im able to build a new one by clicking on the dataset and select "new network dataset". Can i do this otherwise? I only found the command "Calculate new dataset" but in that case i need an existing.

Can U help me?

You cannot Create a new network dataset in geoprocessing or model builder. You can however "build" an already created network dataset with the Build Network tool. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//00480000000v000000              -Jay Sandhu
