Network Analysis Route Solve Problem

Hello,

I am trying to solve a route after creating the Network data set, and when I pick the two points (they are very close to each other) and click solve, it would give me a very complicated route all over the city (over 400 turns when you look at the direction!). Does anyone know how to fix this? It didn't give me any trouble when I did the tutorial data, and I created the same Network data set on my PI's computer, it worked fine.

I am also trying to do the closest facility for a group of subject (about 90 people; the goal to find the distance for each subject to the closest park). How to do all the subjects at once instead of selecting one at a time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Most likely, you don't have an evaluator established for your impedance attribute.  As a result, the cost to travel across every edge is 0 so any route (no matter how many edges it travels on) is the same.  At minimum, you should set up a length cost attribute based on shape.
