Network Analysis, Nearest Facility in an Area

Hello,

I am looking for a way to calculate the following:

I have 10 facilities (hospitals) in an area.
How can I calculate for this area, which hospital is nearest? (Polygon, a kind of Voronoi-diagraph)
I wanted to select an area and add it to the incidents - layer, but that seems not to work, i would have to add each of my 10000 vertices manually 😞


Any idea how to solve this?
