I am trying to do some impact analysis on a proposed new street in a local town. I am wondering how I can define this new street in a dataset (file geo database) of my own but use both it and the advanced network data set to solve problems such as OD Cost matrix. The street network dataset that comes with Navteq does not appear to be 'editable' so adding the street here is not an option (nor a good idea). Thanks.
