Multiple Locations to One Destination

Hi everyone, my group is working on a project about the road network in Peru and the communities there. We want to find the best route to each communities from one origin. Most of the communities there are not connected to the road. We have tried the Network Analysis tools in ArcMap but non of it is working. We found a way but the thing is we have to do it individually and there are hundreds of communities in the region that we are working on. Any suggestions would be a great help! Thank you!

If I understand your question correctly then you should be able to use the Closest Facility Solver from Network Analyst. The one origin that you have should be loaded as the Facility in the CF layer and then all the other community locations should be loaded as Incidents. Now solve for that 1 closest facility and you have will get paths from each incident to that one facility.
