Is there a command to measure the distance from one point to many other points?

please, see the attached images that shows my question

i need to measure the distance from the point (called Ramallah) to all other points and to have the answer in a table.

if the network between the points is given, then the the tool "OD Cost Matrix" in the "Network Analyst" can be used to get the distance, but in this case this network is not given.

then, how to measure the distance between the Ramallah point and all other points?

i got that the most appropriate tool to measure the distance is "Point distance"
