ERROR IN GENERATING DIRECTIONS OF ROUTES

I have a problem in generating routes with ArcGis 10.1

Directions work correctly for just 1 route out of 60. For 59 routes I have the claim "Solve required prior to generating directions"

Did this happen to somebody else?
