I am running Network Analyst on a small test case with 6 Origins and 11 Destinations.  When I load the network, origins, and destinations everything seems to be ok.  But when I Solve the system, I get an error message that states:

Warning: No "Destinations" found for "Spawn L3B" in "Origins".
Warning: One or more "Lines" has an empty geometry due to an empty geometry in "Origins".

The proper number of lines are generated, and can be seen in the "Lines" attribute table, but several of the Origins and Destinations do not show up on the screen, and the associated lines also do not appear to connect those Origins-Destinations.  I do not get any other error message, nor can I find anything wrong with the system.

The solve gave you the following warning:
Warning: No "Destinations" found for "Spawn L3B" in "Origins".

This means that the Origin location "Spawn L3B" cannot find a path to any of your destinations.
So it will not be able to write out any "lines" or attributes for this set of locations.

Reason paths may not be found can be due to restrictions or disconnected networks.
