I have downloaded Mmpk from my esri and i opened it in arcgis pro to share it as mobile map package to use in portal and then to use it in navigator app to get benefit from routing service,
i have portal users with navigator lic assigned.
an error appears saying that i need a street premium license to share a MMpk.
how can i get benefit from esri mmpk for countries and use it in Portal navigator to get directions ?
