When I've been trying to open Navigator and sign in with a Portal account on Android devices for getting directions by this application, I didn't see any available maps appear in the Select maps screen of the Map Gallery. However, it normally showed on iOS devices.
Does anyone face this issues, please help to advise.
Can you confirm that you see maps for download on your iOS device with the same Portal? This is usually an issue when the items have not been registered with the Portal.
