Is there a way to create an app link for ArcNavigator on android?

I would like to add stops to Navigator on my Android device.  I'm all loaded up with ArcNavigator and it is working well on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A.   The following is the format for iOS to launch ArcNav when texted or emailed a location's coordinate pair.

arcgis-navigator://?stops=Esri,34.056240,-117.195563,FinalStop,34.0546095717725,-117.188605796717&start=Starting,34.0607085505041,-117.200060816739&navigate=false

Shoot, even my Windows 10 Surface Book recognized that this app link needed ArcNavigator to be installed from the Windows store...and it isn't even available from the Windows Store.  Clicking on the link in the message window yields a "no app available" message. 

There must be a way, does anyone know what that way is?

Is there a sample email (email syntax) that I could use to craft an email to send to my Android device and have it launch ArcNav and open with a route of stops within the link?

What I believe is happening on your Android device is that the native android mail client is filtering out this link as being malicious. The same thing occurs in the native messaging client. I know some people have gotten around this android limitation by building up a very simple HTML file with the URL scheme in it and sending that as an attachment.

It is also possible to host a simple website and hit that site from the mobile browser of choice on your Android device. This will work if you are on iOS or Android.

That's great Matthew, are you currently using Navigator on just Android or also on the iOS platform?

I am unable to offer Windows as that is not supported at this time.  Currently we are not using Navigator beyond our trial yet and we are hoping to use it on Android.

If we must switch or jump-shift to iOS then I would suppose now is the time to make the switch.  However, if you're saying that we'll have what we need on Android in a couple of weeks, then I'll make the case to wait.  We have lots of other work to also do in order to successfully implement this new program workflow.

So in short, we will only be using this on Android as part of our workflow, when the functionality becomes available for Android (couple of weeks).
