Custom URLs - app links

Hello. I have two questions about custom URLs: Is that possible to adjust navigator to take both addresses without city, zip or state (trunced) and full addresses for routing at the same time? The addresses with just street number and street name should be dispatched to the nearest address of the current location. My third-party app allows partial addresses, but I cannot get those routed. I would like to use ESRI premium streetmap for routing.Thanks.

What you describe is possible, as Navigator is simply querying the Locator within the Mobile Map Package for each "stop" and choosing the highest scoring result. For instance, "arcgis-navigator://?stop=100+Commercial&stop=150+Commercial+Street,+Portland+Maine,+04401" will generate a two stop route to addresses on the same street using the Navigator map for Maine.

Can you provide the URL, and which map you are using in Navigator, so I can debug why it's not routing properly?
