Split "Africa East Region" Basemap and similar into Individual Countries

I am wondering why the inbuilt Navigator maps lack several countries, in my case Uganda as a Country, it is lumped into a whole region "Africa East Region" with over 10 countries which is a whole 2.4GB to download, yet I am only interested in Uganda.

Kenya is the only country in the entire region with a 342.2MB map.

Why should I fight to download 2.4GB when all I will ever use is less than 300MB?

I am requesting that this be made into easily digestible chunks by country for each Country in the region.

The concept should apply to other "Lumped Countries" where the navigational base map is too large in storage size compared to the Country's actual footprint as elaborated above.

I'd like to upvote this idea. I have had similar issues with working with Navigator Maps in Tanzania. It's not fair that Kenya should be the only one with the individual map. Is there a method that you can make users able to break the  maps into chunks without needing to have the Premium Routing Map extension and Network Analyst? Kindly look into this.
