Are there any options available for configuring "operational hours" with regards to email notifications or Monitor in general?
We have standard alerts in place for our GISs and these behave as we would like during business hours. However, outside of business hours the infrastructure teams may perform maintenance or outages. These processes cause a significant amount of alerts due to known causes (e.g. network hardware maintenance). Ideally we could set Monitor to only report on issues from 6am to 6pm.
Unfortunately there is no functionality to automatically disable ArcGIS Monitor Email notifications during maintenance windows (no way to set "operational hours"). You may be able to setup a special Outlook rule (filter) that forwards Email from ArcGIS Monitor to a SPAM folder during the non-operational hours but I have not investigated this in detail. This may be a good idea for an enhancement as well, with the outlook rules as a potential in place work around. You would want to log a support ticket so that we can talk about this in more depth.
