Was there ever a solution found to this issue? I've just upgraded Monitor from 2023.1 to 2024.0.1 and installed the 2024.0.2 Monitor Agent on the same machine.
When I run the command prompt provided by the upgrade instructions (<Monitor Agent installation location>\bin\arcgis-monitor-agent.exe admin:system:register --server-url <https://monitorserver.domain.com:30443/arcgis> --username <user> --password <password> --agent-id <agent ID>), I receive the error "[ error ] E ROUTE_NOT_FOUND: Cannot POST:/arcgis/monitor/auth/token". For this username/password, I am using my Monitor main Admin account. Is that what I should be using?
When I go to the Register Component page in Monitor, I can see the machine, but it's listed as disconnected even though the Agent service is running on the machine.
