I've installed ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1 and I'm attempting to install the Web Adaptor 11.5. Each time I try to register with Monitor server I get the error below. I have verified the server name and the admin account name and password are correct. Should I be using the 11.4 version instead?
Unable to configure ArcGIS Monitor with the web adaptor. Please make sure that the version of ArcGIS Monitor supports registration with the current version of the Web Adaptor.
Hello, just dropping in to answer my own question. The 11.5 web adaptor does not work with ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1. We must use the 11.4 version of web adaptor.
