Cannot install Monitor 2023.3.1 or 2024.0

Hey all,

11.2 Enterprise, attempting to install Monitor on Portal server.

When attempting to install Monitor, I am presented with these two errors here, 2024 first:

Here we can see 2023.3.1, it loads, and then suddenly reverses and closes without an error:

What should I do from here?

I'm not sure if this is a bug but I also receive that same error when I try to install with a configuration XML file.

Our workaround was quite simple, just manually type in the the service account password and avoid using the configuration file for now.

Just an update, this worked! After typing it in manually, it does appear that this is some sort of bug.
