Facing issue with registering monitor agent (linux) : v2024

We have installed and configured Arcgis monitor 2024 on our distributed linux environment. While registering an independent agent, the agent gets registered as an undefined agent with an undefined address. I have attached the screenshot. How do I solve this issue.
