ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1 fails to collect ArcGIS Server Metrics

Hi,

I have noticed that ArcGIS monitor 2025.1 fails to collect ArcGIS Server Metrics if ArcGIs Server licensed with a never expiring license. when changing to a license that has an expiry date it works

 

the observers for ArcGIS Server was actually throwing an error like

observers:370

 

Failed to determine ArcGIS Server license expiration
