Just installed the Monitor 2023. We used the older version monitor to track specific URLs and SQL Queries. Is that functionality no longer supported? If not, are there plans to include that and timeline?

Can you please be more specific on the functionality you're asking for? This statement "track specific URLs and SQL Queries" is a little vague. For the former item, do you mean external services? Perhaps similar to this enhancement request?
Monitor External Services via URL
I'm unsure what you mean by the former.
Hope this helps,
We were using version 10.8.x. And it had the ability to track URL (Http) Counters (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/monitor/10.8/administration/add-an-http-counter.htm)
There was was also the ability to add a DB counter with a custom SQL Query (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/monitor/10.8/administration/add-a-db-counter.htm)
Hi @BobBarker,
Thanks for the additional info.
> the ability to track URL (Http) Counters
This is on the Dev roadmap. Please vote for the enhancement to help us prioritize,
ArcGIS Monitor 2023 Http counter
