Missing in 2023 compared to previous version is the ability to integrate custom checks. Written in Python for example.
As an example we check the search index of our WebGIS via a python script and give a warning in ArcGIS Monitor if an Index comes back faulty or out of date.
Custom extensions (or an AddIn-Gallery such as in 10.8) would be a very welcome addition.
